Site accessibility
Walking Loops is designed to provide route information in more than one way.
The site pairs the interactive map with a list-first route browser so visitors can review route names, distance, pace and closure impacts without depending on the map alone.
Accessibility approach
Michigan State University works to provide digital resources that are accessible without requiring individual accommodations whenever possible.
This site follows the MSU Web Accessibility Technical Guidelines as closely as the application stack allows.
Known limitations
Some portions of the interactive map may still fall short of the full accessibility expectations defined by MSU and WCAG guidance.
The list panel remains the recommended path for reviewing route information when the map interface is difficult to use.
